Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Our furniture and accessories are designed for personal and intimate use. For hygiene, safety, and sanitary reasons, returned items cannot be resold or reused, and therefore returns are not possible.

Non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Furniture and accessories intended for personal or intimate use
Custom-made or made-to-order items
Items that have been assembled, used, or handled after delivery

By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept this policy.

International orders

For orders shipped outside the United States:

All sales are final with no exceptions for returns or exchanges
Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other fees imposed by their country
We do not collect or remit import taxes on your behalf
Refusal to pay customs fees or accept delivery does not entitle you to a refund
Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

Include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Shipping and delivery

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers
Customs inspections or duties
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Chargebacks and disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes made after delivery, in violation of this policy, may result in order evidence being submitted to the payment processor.
