Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Many of our items are handcrafted and made to order. Processing times may vary depending on the product and current order volume. Estimated processing times are provided on each product page.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers, including but not limited to:

  • USPS

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • UPS

Available shipping options, carriers, delivery times, and prices are shown at checkout and depend on your location and the shipping method selected.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

All shipping fees are non-refundable.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier-related issues

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays or peak shipping periods

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control.


International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally.

Customer Responsibility for Customs & Taxes:

International customers are solely responsible for:

  • All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees imposed by their country
  • Understanding their country's import regulations and restrictions before placing an order
  • Paying any fees required to release the package from customs

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

No Refunds for Customs Issues:

  • Refusal to pay customs fees does not entitle you to a refund
  • Packages returned due to unpaid customs duties or customer refusal are not eligible for refunds
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases

Customs Processing:

Customs processing times vary by country and are outside of our control. Delays at customs do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

Important: Please verify your country's import policies and potential fees before ordering. We cannot provide estimates for customs charges as they vary by country and are determined by local authorities.


Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet, and unmarked packaging.

  • Shipping labels display only a neutral sender name.

  • No references to adult, BDSM, or sensitive products appear on the package.

  • No product descriptions or branding that reveal the nature of the contents are included.

Your privacy and discretion are taken seriously.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review the issue and assist you where possible.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping costs resulting from address errors are the responsibility of the buyer.


Returns & Refusals

Orders that are refused, returned to sender, or unclaimed due to customer action or customs issues are not eligible for refunds, including shipping costs.
