Designed for secure neck and wrist restraint.

One central opening is intended for the neck.
Two outer openings are intended for the wrists.

Made from 0.71" (18 mm) plywood with smoothly rounded and sanded edges for comfort during use.

Equipped with a metal hinge and latch.
The latch includes a loop for a small padlock (padlock not included).

The system features removable plastic inserts, allowing you to select the appropriate size.
